Doris May NEALE

McMinnville resident and London, England native Doris May Neale, age 89, was born September 3, 1918 and died August 15, 2008 at her residence following an extended illness. A self-employed cosmetologist and member of the East End Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Richard Alfred Stanley and Ethel May Hodges Burford. She was married to J.H. Neale who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters. She is survived by one step-son, Ron L. Neale of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Chris Neale and John Neale both of McMinnville; niece, Suzanne Green and nephew, Stanley Gatton both of England. She is also survived by her church family at East End Church of Christ and many friends and neighbors. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 17, 2008 in High's Chapel with Garland Robinson officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
