Mack ROBERTS

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mack Roberts, age 66, was born March 3, 1942 and died September 16, 2008 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A supervisor at Carrier, a United States Army veteran and member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Dredmon and Beulah Madewell Roberts. He was married September 22, 1962 to Jo Ann Keith Roberts of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Laila Roberts of Greenville, SC and Todd and April Roberts of McMinnville; two daughters and son-in-law, Tammy Roberts of Murfreesboro, TN and Teresa and Carson Rust of Dunlap, TN; eight grandchildren, Danielle and Robert Smith and Amanda Smith of Murfreesboro, TN, Cam Rust of Dunlap, TN, Brandi and Justin Cotten of Rock Island, TN, Samara Roberts and Yusef Roberts of Greenville, SC and Isaac Roberts and Will Roberts of McMinnville and three sisters, Gertie Milstead, Mildred Barnes and Lucy Cunningham all of the Irving College Community. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 2008 in High's Chapel with Carson Rust officiating. Burial followed in the Shiloh Cemetery.
