Edith Faye ROWLAND

Campaign, TN resident and Warren County native Edith Faye Rowland, age 93, was born March 10, 1914 and died January 26, 2008 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Elias and Dovie Mae Hennessee Greene. She was married to William Alexander Rowland who preceded her in death in 1962. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Sammye and Elbert Greene and sister, Relma Webb. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Patsy Rowland of Campaign, TN and Kelly Wayne and Pam Rowland of Rock Island, TN; four grandchildren, Monty Rowland, Crystal Byars, Kevin Rowland and Greg Rowland and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2008 in High's Chapel with James Rice officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
