Marshall Ray SOLOMON

Manchester, TN resident and Warren County native Marshall Ray Solomon, age 60, was born September 7, 1947 and died April 7, 2008 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN following a three-year illness. An employee of Thompson Ford-Mercury-Mazda in Tullahoma, TN and a member of the Locust Street Church of God, he was the son of Ruth Solomon of Manchester, TN and the late William Marshall Solomon. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Corey Solomon of Morrison, TN; two brothers, Eddie Solomon of McMinnville and James Solomon of Nolensville, TN; friend, Brenda Winton of Manchester, TN; two nieces and two nephews. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Locust Street Church of God with Roland Sharpe officiating. Burial followed in the Friendship Cemetery with full military honors administered by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
