Ruby Evelyn Barnes SULLIVAN

Antioch, TN resident and Warren County native Ruby Evelyn Barnes Sullivan, age 85, was born June 10, 1922 and died January 12, 2008 at her residence following an extended illness. A professional baker with the Davidson County School System and a member of the Antioch Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Rice Sewell and Willie Marie Martin Barnes. She was married to Robert Sullivan who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Sullivan; brother, Leslie Clarence Barnes and sister, Myrtle Jean Prince. She is survived by one daughter, Bobbye Jean Coleman of Antioch, TN; grandchildren, Cary Coleman and Terry Coleman both of Antioch, TN; two great-grandchildren, Chasiddy and Tyler Coleman both of Antioch, TN and brother and sister-in-law, Sewell and Catherine Barnes of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2008 in High's Chapel with Lane Dix officiating. Burial followed in the Armstrong Cemetery.
