Edna Earl WEBB

Rock Island, TN resident and Murray County, GA native Edna Earl Webb, age 84, was born October 24, 1923 and died April 20, 2008 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A stenographer with the State of Tennessee Health and Welfare Department and a member of the Fall City Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Clyde C. and Monnie Cooksy Mantooth. She was married December 24, 1945 to William Jennings Webb who preceded her in death April 21, 2000. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Miles Collier of McMinnville; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Shelly Webb of Carson City, NV; grandchildren, Michael and Ginger Collier and brother, Clyde Clifton Mantooth of Brandon, FL. A graveside service and interment was held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Gardens of Memory with Joey Spicer officiating.
