Margaret Louise WILSON

Mt. Juliet, TN resident and Warren County native Margaret Louise Wilson, age 86, was born June 13, 1921 and died January 9, 2008 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the East End Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Minnie Jones Stembridge. She was married to Clarence "Hoppy" Wilson, Sr. who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Horace, William H., John E. and Charlie Stembridge and four sisters, Ethel Turner, Annie Sullens, Nettie Vanatta and Josie Ramsey. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Burton of Mt. Juliet, TN; son, Clarence Wilson, Jr. of Cape Coral, FL; five grandchildren, Jennifer Winn of Clarksville, TN, Sarah Kane of Springfield, TN, Richard and Jannelle Wilson both of Cape Coral, FL and Vickie Wilson of McMinnville; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Cora Stembridge of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2008 in High's Chapel with Tim Lavender officiating. Burial followed in the Fuston Cemetery.
