Mickey Teeple BUCKNER

McMinnville resident and Livingston, TN native "Mickey" Teeple Buckner, age 86, was born March 19, 1923 and died July 16, 2009 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A medical transcriptionist and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she was the daughter of the late Millard and Nora Ethel Cargile Teeple. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Joe and Roger Teeple. She was married to Ammon "Oley" Buckner of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Lea Buckner of McMinnville; sister Nora Teeple Snow of Knoxville, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, McMinnville Ward with Bishop Michael Weeter officiating. Burial followed in the Bethlehem Cemetery.
