Ava Nell Davenport CUNNINGHAM

McMinnville resident Ava Nell Davenport Cunningham, age 94, was born June 11, 1915 and died November 20, 2009 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker, retired employee of Grizzle's Jewelry and member of the First Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Lizzie N. McNabb Davenport. She was married to Laton Earl Cunningham who preceded her in death June 21, 2002. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kaye Seaman. She is survived by three grandchildren and their spouses, Michelle and Bill Brock of McMinnville, Lisa and Luke Lain of Michigan and Michael Seaman of Jackson, TN; great-grandchildren, Brittany Grissom, Gracie Brock, Kayla and Peyton all of McMinnville, Blake Cremeans and Alex Miller both of Michigan and John Michael Seaman, Jr. of Jackson, TN and extended family, Buford Youngblood and wife Geraldine of Conyers, GA. A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Mt. View Cemetery with Ricky Minton officaiting.
