Susie Moore DYE

Sparta, TN resident and Hamilton County native Susie Moore Dye, age 93, was born October 1, 1916 and died October 16, 2009 at Life Care Center of Sparta in Sparta, TN following an extended illness. A retired Supervisor of Quality Control at Formfit Rogers and a member of the Northside Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Culee and Nellie Eugenia Blair Moore. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Carl and R.C. Moore. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and Robert Collier and Joyce and Leonard Tanner all of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Terry Little of Rome, GA, Jenny Stevens of Smyrna, TN and Justin Collier of McMinnville; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2009 at the Northside Baptist Church with Tim Miles officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
