Sarah Faulkner HOOVER

Viola, TN resident and native Sarah Faulkner Hoover, age 88, was born November 15, 1920 and died November 12, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired librarian with Warren County School System and member of the Viola Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Fred L. and Ruby Ramsey Hoover, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Dave Ramsey Hoover and nephew, Dave Hoover Smith. She is survived by one brother, Fred L. Hoover, Jr.; two sisters, Betty Hoover Smith and Mary Harold Hoover; two nephews, Fred L. Hoover, III and wife Leslie and Don Eugene Smith and wife Paula; two nieces, Randa Hoover Miner and Rachel Hoover Kirby and husband Bobby and sister-in-law, Livy Hoover. A graveside service and inurnment was held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2009 at Viola Cemetery with Kevin Deason officiating.
