Martha Louise KELSEY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Martha Louise Kelsey, age 70, was born November 4, 1938 and died September 2, 2009 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A restaurant employee and member of the Arlington Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late George and Laura Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearl McClain, Ruth Jacobs and Josephine Terry; two brothers, Grady and Ed Turner and great-grandchild, Leslie Wanamaker. She was married to Campbell Kelsey of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Becky and Philip Murphy and Lisa Otto both of McMinnville; three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Kathy Beaty of Manchester, TN and Butch Kelsey and Christ Kelsey both of McMinnville; nine grandchildren, Kim and Lee Beaty of Manchester, TN and Ryan and Nathan Otto, Stephanie Wanamaker, Shellie Jordan and Brayton, Brielee and Brienne Kelsey all of McMinnville; four great-grandchildren, Trevin Wanamaker, Trey Mize and Destiny and Kaylan Jordan all of McMinnville; brother, Junior Turner of Hillsboro, TN; sister-in-law, Bobbie Turner of McMinnville; special sister-in-law, Barbara Elrod of McMinnville and special nieces, Diane Dillon of McMinnville and Martha Ruth Adcock of Manchester, TN. Funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2009 in High's Chapel with Wayne Cantrell officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
