Martha Ann KUHN

Rock Island, TN resident and W. Louisville, KY native Martha Ann Kuhn, age 71, was born March 8, 1937 and died February 16, 2009 at River Park Hospital following a twelve-year illness. A homemaker and member of Friendship The Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Oddis and Martina Thompson Haley. She was married October 19, 1952 to Joe Louis Kuhn of Rock Island, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Vera Kuhn of Rock Island, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Mike Gunning of Rock Island, TN; four grandchildren, Tegy (Donnie) Jaco, Michelle Gunning, Josh Kuhn and Haley Kuhn all of Rock Island, TN; three great-grandchildren, Keysha Jaco, Brittany Breedlove and Tyshawn Hefflin; great-great-grandchild, Aleah Jaco and sister, Jackie Padilla of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 in High's Chapel with Steve Breedlove officiating. Burial followed in the Skurlock Cemetery in White County, TN.
