Christine Earlene PARKER

McMinnville resident and Morgan County, AL native Christine Earlene Parker, age 81, was born March 9, 1927 and died January 16, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN following a short illness. A homemaker and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Lena Dodd Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Eula Taylor and five brothers, Clifford, Eugene, Howard, A.D. and Tommy Parker. She is survived by two daughters, Billie Jo Watts of McMinnville and Donna Jane Farley of Tarrant, AL; nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service and interment was held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Center Hill Cemetery @ Hills Creek with George Roberts officiating.
