Eva Agnes RIGSBY

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Eva Agnes Rigsby, age 90, was born March 29, 1918 and died January 8, 2009 at River Park Hospital. A retired employee of Batesville Casket Company, a member of the Eastern Star and a member of Morrison United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Bettie A. Certain Davenport. She was married to James Haskell Rigsby who preceded her in death May 30, 1999. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Margaret Rigsby of Decherd, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Roger Smith of Manchester, TN; three grandchildren, Christy Crouch, Michael Whitworth and Suzanne Moore; six great-grandchildren, Michelle Whitworth, Derek Crouch, Caitlyn Whitworth, Abbey Whitworth, Wiley Moore and Shelby Moore and a caring, good friend, Mary Meeks. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2009 at Morrison United Methodist Church with Eugene Green, Stacey Cowan and Douglas Jacobs officiating. Burial followed in the Centertown Cemetery.
