Liston H. RUTLEDGE

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Liston H. Rutledge, age 60, was born June 3, 1949 and died October 31, 2009 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. An employee of Ames Handle Company and member of Friendship The Baptist Church, he was the son of Ben Rutledge of Rock Island, TN and the late Jessie Mae Rutledge. He was married to Betty Sue Luna Rutledge who preceded him in death January 20, 2005. In addition to his wife and mother, he was preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law, Ben Edward and Betty Rutledge. In addition to his father, he is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Lola Rutledge of Rock Island, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Ed Beadles of Charlotte, TN; half-brother and sister-in-law, Preston and Lisa Rutledge of Rock Island, TN; seven step-children, Billy McBride and Jerry McBride both of Smithville, TN, Keith Luna, David Luna and Darlene Duggin all of McMinnville, George Aldersman of Alabama and Christine Womack of Florida; several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2009 at Friendship The Baptist Church with Bobby Rutledge officiating. Burial followed in the Cemetery On The Hill in Campaign, TN.
