Brian Lee SMITH

McMinnville resident and Dayton, OH native Brian Lee Smith, age 39, was born January 13, 1970 and died July 18, 2009 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. He was the son of Lana Marie Price of McMinnville and Richard Smith of New Carlisle, OH. He was preceded in death by one brother, Phillip Thomas Smith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-mother, Colleen Smith of New Carlisle, OH; four children, Brianna, Stephanie, Corey and Shawna; wife, Jenny Johnson Smith; brother, Richard Smith and wife, Tina of Auburn, AL; sister, Andrea Holt of McMinnville; brother, Chris O'Shell and wife, Michelle of Florida and grandmother, Velma Carlene Price of Beersheba Springs, TN. He was a loving and devoted father. A host of other loving friends and family also survive. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in High's Chapel with Lanny Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Grace Chapel cemetery in Grundy County, TN.
