Kaleb Zachary SMITH

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Kaleb Zachary Smith, age 7, was born July 19, 2001 and died April 23, 2009 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN following a one-month illness. A first grade student at Hickory Creek Elementary School, he was the son of David and Jennifer Smith of McMinnville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, George "Sonny" and Judy Davis of McMinnville; paternal grandparents, Collier and Dana Grissom of Rock Island, TN and aunts, uncles and cousins, LeAnn, Stephen and Nicholas Fuston of Fort Sill, OK, Tony and Nicholas Foster and Mark and Cameron Smith all of Rock Island, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
