Bobbie Joyce ALDAY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Bobbie Joyce Alday, age 71, was born May 27, 1939 and died October 11, 2010. A homemaker and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late William Davis and Madie Bess Elrod. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Willie D., James and J. C. Elrod and son, Robert Lee. She is survived by one daughter, Lorrie Lee of McMinnville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Bill and Nicole Lee of Tullahoma, TN and Dicky Lee of McMinnville; brother, Douglas Elrod of North Carolina; sister, Brenda Elrod of Shelbyville, TN; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and special friends, Jennifer Medley, Charles Turner, Sharon Medley, Barbara O'Neal, Leslie Parsley and Patsy Bost. Funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 14, 2010 in High's Chapel with Mark Foster officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
