Donald Paul Ducky BOYD

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Donald Paul "Ducky" Boyd, age 30, was born March 12, 1980 and died September 5, 2010 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. He was a member of the Baptist Church and the son of Jo Rhea Boyd of McMinnville and the late Donald E. "Duck" Boyd. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William Earl Rhea; paternal grandparents, Paul Henry and Alice Robertta Boyd and paternal step-grandmother, Joyce Walker Boyd. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Austin Bailey Boyd of McMinnville; two daughters, Destiny Angel Faith George and Heaven Leigh Hope George both of the Centertown Community; fiancée, Mary Leverett of McMinnville; maternal grandmother, Clara Elizabeth Rhea Nunley of Pelham, TN; several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010 in High's Chapel with Jason Brown and Danny Hale officiating. Burial followed in the Bascom Cemetery.
