Charles Wayne GOFF

McMinnville resident and Indianapolis, IN native Charles Wayne Goff, age 51, was born April 25, 1959 and died November 26, 2010 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. An employee of Kenco in Chattanooga, TN, he attended Madison St. Baptist Church and was the son of G.L. and Jane Stafford Goff of McMinnville. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Haskel and Bertha Goff; maternal grandparents, Frank and Edna Stafford and uncle, Steve Goff. He was married October 10, 2007 to Amy Worzek Goff of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Robert Anthony Goff and Joshua Wayne Goff; two step-sons, Ben and Eli Black; two grandchildren, Cody Allen Goff and Caitlin Clouse; brother, Jeff Goff of McMinnville; sister, Melissa Terry of McMinnville; niece, Valerie Nichole Judkins of McMinnville; nephew, Brandon Terry of Cookeville, TN; several aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 29, 2010 at Blues Hill Cemetery with Rev. Carl Smith officiating.
