Beatrice Rhea GREEN

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Beatrice Rhea Green, age 87, was born March 30, 1923 and died May 20, 2010 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A retired nursery worker with Warren County Nursery and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Bob and Carlee Smartt Rhea. She was married to Theopluis Green who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Jimmy Green; two brothers, Fred and Finis Rhea and two sisters, Oma Womack and Geneva Farless. She is survived by her companion of thirty-five years, Arthur Page of McMinnville; two daughters, Vivian Sinks and Phyllis Roller both of McMinnville; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 in High's Chapel with George Roberts officiating. Burial followed in the Smyrna Cemetery.
