McMinnville resident and Warren County native Edna Pauline Hall, age 94, was born June 21, 1915 and died February 12, 2010 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following a brief illness. A beautician and member of the East End Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Belle Parsley Freeze. She was married to Thurman Alvin Hall who preceded her in death January 21, 1985. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Sherry Pelham and four sisters, Ruby Young, Lillian Wilson, Mary D. Hendrix and Ona Wilson. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Hubert and Barbara Hall of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Karon Layne and husband, Ronnie and Kathy Brewer both of McMinnville; six great-grandchildren and their spouses, Jeremie and Lori Turner, Tanarra and Richard Grissom, Karissa and Mark Hale, Talissa Pelham, Rayce Brewer and Ridge Brewer all of McMinnville; eight great-great-grandchildren, Ethan, Keaton and Kristen Turner, Rachel and Sara Kate Grissom, Emilee and Hence Hale and Dylan Lockhart all of McMinnville; brother, Ashley Freeze of Morrison, TN several nieces and nephews and special family, Bud Turner, Jackie Pelham and Matt Brewer all of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010 in High's Chapel with Ray Weddington officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
