Teresa Nadine JOHNSON

McMinnville resident and Dunlap, TN native Teresa Nadine Johnson, age 59, was born October 6, 1950 and died February 25, 2010 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A homemaker and member of the Locust Street Church of God, she was the daughter of Sadie Mae Johnson of Dunlap, TN and the late Albert Monroe Johnson. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by husband, Paul David Smartt and two children, Vicky Presley and Jeffrey Smith. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Soniah Talbert of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Christy-Ann Scott, Terry York, Jr., Tiffani Puskas and Stephanie Puskas; two great-grandchildren, Jaxson Scott and Anniebelle Scott. three sisters and brothers-in-law, Gwenn and Fletcher Lewis, Donna and John Solomon and Nina and Don Boston all of Dunlap, TN; brother, Monroe Johnson of Dunlap, TN and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2010 in High's Chapel with Roland Sharp officiating. Burial followed in the Johnson Lewis Cemetery in Bledsoe County, TN.
