Wayne MONTANDON

Campaign, TN resident and Warren County native Wayne Montandon, age 61, was born July 2, 1948 and died February 26, 2010 at his residence following a long battle with muscular dystrophy. A retired employee of Levi's and member of the Church of the Nazarene, he was the son of Lois Montandon of Campaign, TN and the late Don Montandon. He was married May 10, 1968 to Anzena S. Montandon of Campaign, TN. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Russell Wayne and Renee Montandon of Viola, TN and Jason and Melissa Montandon of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Ethan Wayne Montandon, Marlie Ashlyn Montandon, Curtis Sloan Montandon and Eleanor Elizabeth Montandon; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Wilma Montandon of Sparta, TN; two sisters and brother-in-law, Belynda and Bill Gregory of Clinton, TN and Melissa D. Montandon of Knoxville, TN; two brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, T.K. Sparkman of Rock Island, TN and Stanley and Elizabeth Sparkman of Smyrna, TN and six nephews. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Campaign Church of God with Rev. Bill Montandon and Rev. William Welch officiating. Burial followed in the Friendship Cemetery.
