Dickie MORTON

McMinnville resident and Warren County native "Dickie" Morton, age 69, was born June 18, 1941 and died November 30, 2010 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following a brief illness. The retired owner/operator of TEFCO, Inc., he was the son of the late Carl E. and Lorene Farmer Morton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Doyle Clark Morton. He was married to Jennifer Frazier Morton of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Keri and Joel Womack of Rock Island, TN; son, Mark Morton of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Erian and Elia Atterson both of Rock Island, TN and Ethan Morton of McMinnville; sister, Evelyn Cooper of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Freddie and Diane Morton of Morrison, TN; several nieces and nephews; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bobby and Carolyn Frazier of McMinnville and sister-in-law, Sandra McMillen of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 in High's Chapel with Jerry Roberts and Bobby Newby officiating. Burial followed in the Faulkner Cemetery.
