Shirley Dale NUNLEY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Shirley Dale Nunley, age 59, was born December 19, 1950 and died May 11, 2010 at River Park Hospital following a ten-month illness. A lab technician with McMinnville Medical Associates for thirty-years and member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Wilma Fisher Yates of McMinnville and the late B.F. Yates. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by special uncle and aunt, Frank and Elsie Fisher. She was married October 26, 1974 to Bruce Nunley of McMinnville. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons, Michael Shane "Doc" Nunley of McMinnville and Corey Blake Nunley of Hickory, NC; daughter and son-in-law, Kara Beth and Paul Hurst of McMinnville; grandchildren, Conner Blake Nunley and Lauren Mae Hurst both of McMinnville; sisters and brother-in-law, Beverly Hertwig and Barbara and Lanny Wanamaker both of McMinnville and Helen Fults of Altamont, TN; several nieces, nephews and many special friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2010 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Friday at High's.
