Jess Prince PEASE

McMinnville resident and Grundy County, TN native Jess Prince Pease, age 58, was born November 10, 1951 and died October 1, 2010 at his residence following a brief illness. An employee of the City of McMinnville and member of the Zion Country Church, he was the son of the late L.B. and Norma Mae Scott Pease. He is survived by three children and their spouses, Laurie and Mark Scruggs of McMinnville, Terry and Lisa Pease of Smithville, TN and Kayla Roach of Gruetli-Laager, TN; six grandchildren, Peyton Scruggs, Gavin Scruggs, Tiffany Pease, Hannah Pease, Skylar Pease and Kiley Roach; brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Shirley Pease of McMinnville and sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Albert Sinks of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2010 in High's Chapel with Danny Sullivan and Jarvis Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Philadelphia Cemetery.
