Pauline N. PRATER

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Pauline N. Prater, age 88, was born July 22, 1922 and died September 13, 2010 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A retired cafeteria manager with Warren County School System and member of Christ United Methodist Church (former member of the former Faulkner United Methodist Church), she was the daughter of the late Melvin R. and Florence Bennett Neal. She was married to Charles L. Prater who preceded her in death April 24, 2009. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Bill Higginbotham of Rock Island, TN and Glyndia Dodson and Larry Bass of Morrison, TN; son, Tim Prater of McMinnville; three grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer and Paul Densteadt of Morrison, TN, Jason and Melanie Dodson of Rock Island, TN and Holly and Lane Cantrell of McMinnville; six great-grandchildren, Josh Densteadt (Brandi), Hannah Densteadt, Trey Cantrell, Tucker Cantrell, Torri Dodson and Ella Dodson; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Forrest, Teresa and Bill Martin and Jimmy, Emily, Clark and Heather George. A graveside service and interment was held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Mt. View Cemetery with Rev. Mark Carrigan officiating.
