Jessie Rozetta SIMPSON

McMinnville resident and Cannon County, TN native Jessie Rozetta Simpson, age 90, was born April 16, 1920 and died November 11, 2010 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following a brief illness. A retired beautician and member of the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, she was the daughter of the late H.T. and Mary Roberts Simpson. Ms. Simpson was a past member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, TN where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Ladies Group. She volunteered with numerous social groups and was a salon owner and past president of Chattanooga Hairdressers Association. She is survived by several special cousins and their families. A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Bascom Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to c/o High's.
