Willie Thomas TAYLOR

McMinnville resident and Detroit, MI native Willie Thomas Taylor, age 59, was born August 9, 1951 and died December 9, 2010 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. The retired manager of Direct Service Station and member of the non-denominational church, he was the son of Jewell Hudson Taylor of Smyrna, TN and the late Benton Taylor. He was married October 31, 1970 to Donna L. Green Taylor of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Joyce Taylor and Donna Taylor both of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Katie, Jewell and Damian; sister, Joyce Simmons of Smyrna, TN; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A graveside service and interment was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Fuston Cemetery with Carson Rust officiating.
