Thomas Jessie TODD

Kingston, TN resident and Warren County native Thomas Jessie Todd, age 89, was born May 30, 1920 and died April 18, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of Union Carbide, United States Navy veteran of WWII and member of the Kingston Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Jake and Mattie Basham Todd. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Evelyn Todd and daughter, Sandra Sue Popham. He is survived by his wife, Pauline Todd of Kingston, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and James F. Speigle of Knoxville, TN; five grandchildren, Tammy Heffington of Columbia, TN, Kathy Eubanks of Franklin, TN, Mandy Mason of Lake Placid, FL, Wendy Crowe of Melbourne, FL and Maria Schaefer of Mt. Juliet, TN; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Autie Durham of Crossville, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2010 in High's Chapel with Jeff Brown, Elliott R. Popham and James F. Speigle officiating. Burial followed in the Gardens of Memory.
