Kenneth A. VALIMONT

Ridgway, PA resident and Erie, PA native Kenneth A. Valimont, age 51, was born June 10, 1958 and died February 17, 2010 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA following an extended illness. A construction worker and United States Army veteran, he was the son of the late Wendall and Lorene Sanders Valimont. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Charles Valimont. He is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Everett and Beatrice Pritchett of McMinnville and Douglas and Connie Beck of Titusville, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Jacob Ellis of Guntersville, AL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2010 in High's Chapel with Jimmy King officiating. Burial followed in the Center Hill Cemetery at Hills Creek with full military honors administered by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173.
