Mary Helen Scott BOULDIN

Rock Island, TN resident and Dayton, IN native Mary Helen Scott Bouldin, age 78, was born January 12, 1933 and died March 7, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following a short illness. A homemaker and member of the Pleasant Cove Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Albert Neal and Mary Ida Taylor Scott. She was married December 23, 1949 to Floyd Winton Bouldin who preceded her in death. She is survived by four children and their spouses, Alma Lee and Carl Shoemaker and Mary Ann and Tim Schaper both of Rock Island, TN, Phyllis and Dennis Parks of Lafayette, IN and Floyd "Bud" and Mary Bouldin of McMinnville; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Joyce Talbert of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Albert Scott of Lafayette, IN; two sisters-in-law, Willie Barnes of McMinnville and Gloria Downham of Dayton, IN; brother-in-law, Robert Graham of Lafayette, IN; several nephews and nieces and special friends, Arval and Cindy Terry of Rock Island, TN and Frank and Georgia Fultz of Indiana. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011 in High's Chapel with Ray Weddington officiating. Burial followed in the Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN. Helen's special cause was , where memorial contributions may be made.
