Jerry Glenn BOYD

Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County native Jerry Glenn Boyd, age 49, was born August 8, 1962 and died October 26, 2011. A former employee of Turner's Auto Salvage, he was the son of Winona Passons Boyd of Rock Island, TN and the late John Thomas Boyd. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, David Glenn Boyd and fiancée Opal Merritt of Rock Island, TN; step-daughter, Teresa Presley Martin of McMinnville; two grandsons, Cody and Christopher Martin both of McMinnville; fiancée, Gina Humphrey of Sparta, TN; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Doyle and Lisa Boyd and Jimmy Boyd both of McMinnville and Steve and Vickie Boyd of Rock Island, TN and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service and interment was held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
