Anna Lou CAMPBELL

March 17, 1936 — March 25, 2011

Altamont, TN resident and Warren County native Anna Lou Campbell, age 75, was born March 17, 1936 and died March 25, 2011 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late John and Ethel Carter Cummings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Johnny and Bruce Wayne Campbell; two brothers, Jodie and Carl Cummings and sister, Betty Pinkston. She was married to John C. Campbell of Altamont, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five daughters and sons-in-law, Ethel and Mike Tidwell of Dayton, TN, Kathy Griffith of Rock Island, TN, Debbie and Travis George of the Centertown Community and Melissa Cruise and Kenny Rollins and Darlene and Rocky Pack both of Altamont, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Jason Campbell and Tammy Coppinger of Rock Island, TN; seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Watson of McMinnville; brother, Ray Cummings of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2011 in High's Chapel with Charles Childers officiating. Burial followed in the Little Johnny Cemetery in Grundy County, TN.
