Nashville, TN resident and Madison County, AL native Cora Evelyn Webster Crouch, age 79, was born March 6, 1932 and died October 28, 2011 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. A nursing technician and member of the Oakland Free Will Baptist Church in Joelton, TN, she was the daughter of the late Alvie Jessie and Annie Lee Womack Webster. She was married October 30, 1948 to Homer Howard Crouch who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Elizabeth Webster, Nettie Atchley and Louise Brown and three brothers, Buford Webster, Bennard Webster and Wayne Medley. She is survived by two sons, Danny Howard Crouch and Roger Dale Crouch both of Nashville, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Marian and Carl Fortner of Nashville, TN; three grandchildren and their spouses, Angela and John Crutcher of Lavergne, TN, Jason and Chasity Crouch of Smyrna, TN and Jennifer Fortner of Nashville, TN; two great-grandchildren, Taylor Crutcher of Lavergne, TN and Kobe Crouch of Smyrna, TN; two sisters, Hazel Brewer of Big Springs, TX and Linda Sue Keyworth of Houston, TX; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Ellis and Lorraine Webster of Myrtle Beach, SC, Raymond Webster of Detroit, MI, J.W. and Nancy Medley of Georgia and Bobby Medley of Knoxville, TN and devoted sister-in-law, Pauline Webster of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2011 in High's Chapel with Drew Crouch officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
