Larry CUNNINGHAM

Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County native Larry Cunningham, age 67, was born January 17, 1944 and died September 9, 2011 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A retired insurance agent with American General and member of Shepherd Of The Hills Lutheran Church, he was the son of Earlene Cunningham of Viola, TN and the late Adrian Cunningham. He was married January 2, 1987 to Judy L. Cunningham of Rock Island, TN. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kim and Doug Hamel of Raleigh, NC and Cindy and Jason Smartt of Morrison, TN; son, Brent Cunningham of Austin, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Ira and Tobie Cunningham of St. Augustine, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Fronia and Tim Templeton of Viola, TN; three grandchildren, Katie and Jenna Mayfield and Jaden Smartt and aunt Alta Faye Gribble and husband Joe of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 11, 2011 in High's Chapel with David McMinn officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
