Kathleen Lefevers DUNCAN

McMinnville resident and Cannon County, TN native Kathleen Lefevers Duncan, age 82, was born March 16, 1928 and died January 6, 2011 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. A retired receptionist with Dr. Karon Jennings, she was the daughter of the late James Madison and Eulan Mae Tharpe Lefevers. She was married June 11, 1946 to John Duncan of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Helen Marie and Clyde Moore and Dorothy Jean and Thomas Mears both of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, James Madison and Martha Lefevers, Jr. of Illinois and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 in High's Chapel with Lanny Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Welker Cemetery in Coffee County, TN.
