Ernesto Francisco ESCIO

McMinnville resident and Philippines native Ernesto Francisco Escio, age 73, was born September 18, 1937 and died April 17, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN following a brief illness. A salesman and member of the Catholic Church, he was the son of the late Rufino V. and Salvacion Francisco Escio. He was married to Asuncion K. Escio of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by seven children, Catherine Escio and Rowena Segui both of McMinnville and Raul Escio, Michael Escio, Lourdes Gascon, Paolo Escio and Rachel Escio all of the Philippines; five grandchildren, Rachael Segui, Joshua Escio, Reina Segui, Ralf Escio and Jame Gascon and siblings, Cora, Merly, Cesar, Arsenia, Lillian, Tony, Chari, Aubert, Josie and Ed. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2011 at High's. Funeral service and burial will take place in the Philippines.
