SR., Samuel Dale Sambo FOUTCH

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Saumel Dale "Sambo" Foutch, age 53, was born August 14, 1957 and died February 6, 2011 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma, TN following a lengthy illness. He was the son of Wiley Foutch of McMinnville and the late Jewelldean Foutch Alligood. He was a Christian and attended services at Raintree Manor Nursing Home. In addition to his father, he is survived by one son, Dale Foutch of McMinnville; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Doug Pack of Rock Island, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, Buddy and Terri Foutch, Michael Foutch and Lynn Foutch all of McMinnville and Basil Foutch and companion, Drenda Murphy of Smithville, TN; father's companion, Linda Gilley of McMinnville and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in High's Chapel with Carson Rust officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery (Hwy. 30).
