Mary Frances GRIZZELL

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mary Frances Grizzell, age 98, was born December 22, 1912 and died March 16, 2011 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A retired teacher with Warren County School System and social worker with the State of Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Ike and Fannie King Grizzell. She held a masters degree from Tennessee Technological University and was a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Retired Teachers Association and D.A.R. She is survived by several cousins. Funeral service was held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Lanny Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Liberty Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Cemetery Fund c/o High's.
