Edna Louise KEECH

McMinnville resident and Newport, TN native Edna Louise Keech, age 63, was born April 28, 1948 and died October 27, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. A home health nurse and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow W. and Carrie Mae Henderson Parks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Parks. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Barkes of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Kayla (Matthew) Barnes and Amber Barkes both of McMinnville; five brothers, Dedrick Parks, James Parks, Wade Parks, Gary Parks and Roger Lee Parks all of Newport, TN and three sisters, Sarah Parks Allen, Vernie Parks and Janet Maxine Gordon all of Newport, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2011 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
