Benny Wiley Lewis MARTIN

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Benny Wiley Lewis Martin, age 43, was born December 22, 1967 and died May 28, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. A truck driver and member of the Jesus Name Pentecostal Church, he was the son of the late Wiley and Emma Ruth Johnson Martin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Melody Peacock Martin and several aunts and uncles. He is survived by one son, Landon Boren of Smyrna, TN and his fiancée, Stephanie Holden; daughter, Olivia Bre-anna Harris of McMinnville; siblings and their spouses, Thelma Johnson, Lois Martin, Munice and Michael Harris, Mary and Bobby Knox, Linda and Terry Henderson, Norna Martin and fiancé Gary Rutledge, Katherine Ramsey and Douglas and Teresa Martin all of McMinnville, Billy Clarence Martin of Bristol, TN and Sarah Martin and Shawna Martin both of Cookeville, TN; uncle, James Johnson and wife Helen of McMinnville; cousin, Helen Shockley of McMinnville and a host of aunts, uncles and other cousins. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2011 in High's Chapel with Michael Harris and Robert Burns officiating. Burial followed in the Bethlehem Cemetery @ Martin Charge.
