Bob MASON

Dowelltown, TN resident and Warren County native Bob Mason, age 72, was born March 2, 1939 and died October 6, 2011 at NHC Healthcare Smithville, TN following an extended illness. A retired educator with Warren County School System and member of the Assembly of God Church, he was the son of the late Warren H. and Vassie L. Warren Mason. He was married June 6, 1991 to Louise Green Mason of Dowelltown, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and Charles Collier of Rock Island, TN and Judy and Troy Thomas and Michelle and Scott King both of Smithville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and April Mason of Smithville, TN and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011 in High's Chapel with Donnie Kelly officiating. Burial followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
