Rita Diane MCBRIDE

McMinnville resident and Painesville, OH native Rita Diane McBride, age 54, was born May 8, 1956 and died April 29, 2011 at her residence following a two-year illness. A restaurant worker and member of the Living Waters Church, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Young and the late Marie Looney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenn Young and Clarence Eugene Young and granddaughter, Katy McKelvey. She was married September 6, 1977 to Greg McBride of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children and their spouses, Geneva and John McKelvey, Anthoney and Shelia Brenneman, Christina and Bo Harrell and Elizabeth McBride all of McMinnville; fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; step-father, Donald Looney of McMinnville; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose and Mike Bell, Brenda and Johnny Craven and Audrey and Ricky Craven all of McMinnville and brother, Ralph Huntley of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2011 in High's Chapel with Chris Sparkman officiating. Burial followed in the Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
