Anna Mae MCCORMICK

McMinnville resident and White County, TN native Anna Mae McCormick, age 90, was born July 26, 1921 and died September 29, 2011 at her residence following a brief illness. A homemaker and member of the Rock Island Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Dave and Kanas Hutchens Delong. She was married to Horace Edward McCormick who preceded her in death October 31, 1996. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl McCormick. She is survived by one daughter, Vickie Knight of Rock Island, TN; two granddaughters, Serenity Moore and Destiny Hodges both of McMinnville; great-grandchildren, Slayden Moore and Luke and Kyler Nisbett all of McMinnville and special niece and her husband, Brenda and Clyde Sullivan of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2011 in High's Chapel with Jeff Randolph officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
