Barbara Etta NUNLEY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Barbara Etta Nunley, age 75, was born August 18, 1935 and died May 17, 2011 at her residence following a sudden illness. A retired employee of Oster Corporation and member of the Bethel Assembly, she was the daughter of the late Lamuel Gilbert and Mary B. Campbell Rogers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Sammie Faye Rogers and daughter-in-law, Dawn Jannell Nunley. She was married to Earl Nunley of the Mt. Zion Community. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Earl Dwayne and Karen Nunley of Murfreesboro, TN and Milton and Carol Nunley of the Mt. Zion Community; two grandsons, Jeremiah and Sarah Nunley of Columbia, TN and Matthew and Amy Nunley of Murfreesboro, TN; three great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Lucas, and Rachel Beth Nunley; three sisters, Helen Smith of Beech Grove, TN, Betty Jordan of McMinnville and Josephine Blakely of the Mt. Zion Community and one brother and sister-in-law, Burnell and Jimmie Rogers of the Mt. Zion Community. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2011 in High's Chapel with Billy Campbell officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
