Rev. Bishop Billy Gene NUNLEY

McMinnville resident and Grundy County, TN native Rev. Bishop Billy Gene Nunley, age 69, was born September 25, 1942 and died October 11, 2011 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. An electrical engineer with Accu-Router, United States Army veteran and member of the First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith, he was the son of Zelma Nunley of McMinnville and the late Webster Felix Nunley. He was married May 21, 1960 to Barbara White Nunley of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by four children and their spouses, Lynn Nunley Rubley and Tim, Shannon Nunley Vanatta and Billy Jason Nunley and Patricia all of McMinnville and Brandon Nunley of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith with Billy Jason Nunley officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
