Mary Lusk Davies PARIS

Jackson, TN resident (lifelong resident of McMinnville) and Warren County native Mary Lusk Davies Paris, age 96, was born July 12, 1915 and died August 3, 2011 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN following a brief illness. A retired secretary with Forest Nursery Company and member of the First United Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late David Lusk and Martha Agnes Bostick Davies. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Don L. Paris. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Jack Martin of Jackson, TN; grandson, David Martin and wife Elaine of McMinnville; granddaughter, Kathy Mueller and husband Charles of Jackson, TN; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Becky Paris of Marietta, GA; sister-in-law, Edith Davies of McMinnville and nieces, Becky Grissom and Peggy Burris. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2011 in High's Chapel with Jackie Matheny officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
